With a passion for human development, motivation, and success, I have trained in Psychology, Personal and Business Coaching, Neuroscience, NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Psychotherapy in an academic and practice career spanning more than two decades.
I am a passionate advocate for Mental Health awareness and the provision of services to support each person’s inner challenges, I seek to change the perceptions and reduce the stigmas surrounding mental illness. I am an accredited partner of ‘I Am Here’ a global online solution to combat and assist with mental illness in the workplace
I have an innate passion for coaching and training, and weave together theories in neuroscience, psychology, coaching and my own diverse personal experience. I tailor each program to encourage others to find their unique purpose and relieve them of their perceived limitations.
Throughout my career I have focused on the importance of implementing structures within the work environment including group and individual training and coaching, motivation, and leadership development whilst imparting the importance of corporate cultural evolution to provide the best possible experience for those working within each company so they can best advocate to their clients.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, a Psychology graduate of the University of Liverpool, a Neuroleadership Brain-Based Coach and an Irish Lifecoach Institute certified coach. I have a teaching certification from Cambridge University and am a certified facilitator for ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ through associateship with OAWilliams Consulting, the FranklinCovey Authorized Partner in the Cayman Islands..
As the President of the Cayman Islands Professional Coaches Association – CIPCA – we work to increase the awareness and professionalism of all coaches in Cayman.
